ROCHELLE, ROSEMARY BETANCOURT, born March 11,1925 in Durango, Mexico and passed away December 10, 2006 in Dallas. Retired from American Petro Fina after 30 years of service. Rosemary is survived by brother, Hector S. Betancourt of Dallas; daughter, Margarete E. Handy of Bloomington, IN; son, Carl P. Favre & wife, Mary; grandchildren, Christopher J. Favre, Nicholas C. Favre, Zoe B. Favre all of Sugar Land, TX; and special friend, David Wolfe of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Service will be 3:30 PM Friday, December 15th at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA of Texas, 362 S. Industrial Blvd., Dallas, TX 75207.
