Rosie Marie Williams' Obituary
WILLIAMS, ROSIE MARIE born on November 12, 1944 in Houston, Texas to Alphonso Bryant and Eddie Mae (Barnes) Bryant, the youngest of seven children. She passed from this life on May 27, 2013 in Plano, Texas. Rosie joined Friendship Baptist Church at an early age. Later, she married Robert Williams and this union lasted for 52 years. She made a difference in a lot of lives with her love and kind gestures. Many people loved and highly respected her. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Catherine Bryant, Terrell Bryant, and Navadine Hill; two sister-in-laws, Marvalyn Motley and Sarah Mayes. She leaves her husband Robert, two daughters, Lekita Williams of Frisco, Stephanie Williams Anderson of Houston; two sisters Laurine Cleveland, Barbara Tyrone, one brother Floyd Bryant, all of Houston; a loving niece Dianne Lyles of Oakland, California; two adopted daughters Von Norwood of Prentiss, Mississippi, and Felicia Brown of Houston, Texas; two sister-in-laws Barbara Freeman and Emma Lue Jacob; one brother-in-law Ossie Motley and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and wonderful friends. Rosie was a devoted wife and a loving mother. She was a virtuous woman with a godly love for womankind. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
