Roswell "Pat" Patterson Jr., born February 19, 1945, in Fort Worth, Texas, entered into eternal rest on April 10, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. He was a devoted follower of his Lord and Savior and lived a life of faith, love, and service. Pat will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of kindness, strength, and unwavering faith will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
Pat is survived by his loving brother, Philip Patterson (and wife Tina) of Fredericksburg, Texas, along with nephews Ryan Patterson and Preston Patterson, and niece Nicole Patterson.
Pat graduated from Bryan Adams High School and pursued his academic aspirations with determination, earning law degrees from the University of Texas and New York University. He practiced law in both Texas and California, making a meaningful impact in his field.
Beyond his professional achievements, Pat embraced life with enthusiasm and curiosity. His hobbies included tennis, chess, reading, music, art, and traveling the world. With a deep understanding of politics and history, he was a great conversationalist who enriched the lives of those around him. Pat also had a special love for his Ragdoll cats, who brought him immense joy and companionship.
