Roxanne Llaine Brown's Obituary
Roxanne Llaine Brown (Sooty) was born May 15, 1957 in Shreveport, LA. Her early years were spent in Natchitoches, LA before the family moved to Texas.
She was baptized at Kaiser Street Baptist Church and was a member until her death. Sooty had a special song she composed and sang anytime she was asked, "Jesus died on the cross for Roxanne's sins. He is my friend."
Roxanne was blessed with a loving immediate & extended family and many friends. She brought so much joy to everyone who knew her. She will be missed.
She leaves to remember her beautiful light her mom, Ella Hunter, siblings, Charles R. Brown (Yolanda), Rene Dowl, Gerald Brown (Marcia), Felisa Conner (Kevin), Gregory Hunter (Angela), her nieces nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Although it hurts to say goodbye for now, our hearts rejoice because we know Sooty has awakened in the presence of the Lord. Shine on beautiful light!
