Roxanne Jobe Starkey was born Novemeber 20, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas and passed away July 26, 2015 in Mesquite, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Joe “Tom” Starkey II; daughter, Natalie Hankins, and husband, Steve; son, Jacob Starkey; son, Jason Starkey; 2 grandchildren, Bo and Becca Hankins. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm Sunday, August 2, 2015 at the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, August 3, 2015 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3030 Gus Thomasson Road Dallas, Texas 75228.
