Roy Kelly Braithwaite's Obituary
Roy Kelly Braithwaite, age 81, of Plano, Texas passed away on July 29, 2020 in Dallas, Texas after a battle with cancer. Kelly was born on June 26, 1939 in Uvalde, Texas to Hollis and Felice Braithwaite.
