Roy is survived by son, Eddie Phillips and wife, Cheryl; granddaughter, Talon Phillips; and brother, Timothy Phillips. Funeral Service will take place at 3:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2015 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
