Roy Neal Irby, aged 67, passed away on November 29, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents Ercel and Frances Irby, brother Michael Irby, sisters Ann Rawlinson, Bobbie Lancaster and Diane Hope. He is survived by his wife Joyce Irby, son Caleb Irby and daughter Maleena Burke. Roy will be sincerely missed by those who loved him.
