Born January 17, 1936 in Pasquotank, North Carolina and passed away February 21, 2016 in Garland, Texas. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Clara Markham; sister, Vera Parker. Survived by spouse, Lydia S. Markham; daughter, Becky A. Kerr; sons, John and Michael Markham; granddaughters, Amy Valdez, Elizabeth N. Francis; great grandsons, Aaron Valdez, Jacob Francis. Service will be held at 8:00 am on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Jesus Christ Church of Later Day Saints in Garland, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. Please do not send any flowers to the Church.
