Mullins, Ruby E. born February 27, 1921 in Hope, Arkansas and died September 27, 2012 in Richardson, Texas. Ruby is preceded in death by her husband, Milton C. Mullins; sons, David C. Mullins and James D Mullins. Ruby is survived by her sisters, Zelma Mullins, Linda Loe; brothers, Herman Aaron and Delbert Aaron; 3 grandchildren, Donna Bullard, Josh Mullins and Jim Mullins; 3 great grandchildren, Jason Mullins, Ryan Mullins and Zachary Bullard. For family and friends visitation will be held Saurday September 29, 2012 at 1:00-3:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home and services. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 3:00 PM.
