Ruby Juanita Reese's Obituary
Ruby Juanita “Nita” Reese, a beautiful soul, was born in Whitesboro Texas on June 8, 1921 and left this earth on December 10, 2020. She was loved and cherished by so many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond “Ray” Albert Reese, her daughters, Wanda Jean “Jeannie” Wheeler and Sally Ellen Hines, and numerous grandchildren and three (3) generations of great-grandchildren, her parents Joseph William “J.W.” Rucker and Eula “Mama” Lee Tamplen Rucker, her brother Weldon Murrell Rucker and her sisters Myrtle Ruth Rucker Cash and Edith Marie Rucker Dodson. She is survived by her daughter, Johnny Maureen Irwin, and her son, Raymond Linden Reese, many grandchildren and three (3) generations of great- grandchildren. She was a Christian and attended Lakeshore Baptist Church. She was a lobbyist for the rights of the disable and a volunteer of Denton State Supported Living Center.

The memorial service will be performed by Rev. Dennis D. Schurter, D. Min. at 11:30 am on January 9, 2021, located at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas.
