Ruby A. Smith's Obituary
Ruby was born on May 2, 1915 in Wetumka, OK and passed away on July 21, 2009 in Plano, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Floyd Smith and her sister, Opal Lee. She is survived by her sister, Nadene McCasland of Longview, TX; daughter, Patrina Sarver and husband Reuben of McKinney, TX; son, Darrell Smith and wife, Nancy of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren: Deborah Sarver, Cathy Roush and husband, Edward, Rex Daren Smith and wife, Elizabeth, Kirby Smith and Kim Sherman; 5 great grandchildren. Ruby was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister who lived her life faithfully for the Lord and in service to her family and to others. She passed away peacefully with full assurance that her Master was waiting. Services will be held at 12:30PM, Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. There will be an open visitation starting at 6:00PM, Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home.
