Russell Gilbert “Rusty” Brown was born on Tuesday, July 19, 1960 in Arlington, Texas a son of the late Carl Edward and Patricia May Davidson Brown and passed away on November 25, 2019 in Irving, Texas. Rusty is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Pat Brown as well as a sister Gayla Brown.
