Russell Elmo Taylor Jr.'s Obituary
Russell was born on January 18, 1940 in Ashdown, Arkansas to Russell and Margaret Taylor. He passed away on August 1, 2012 in Gun Barrel City, TX. Preceded in death by his parents; a brother, David Taylor and a sister, Margaret Ann Winterhalter. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Fisher Taylor of TX; his son, Russell Craig Taylor and his wife, Willow of CA; brother-in-law, Roy Fisher and his wife Joan; sister, Sue Stevenson and her husband, Bob of TX; mother-in -law, Mildred Parish; 3 nephews; Eric Stevenson, David Winterhalter, and Paul Winterhalter and many friends. Russell graduated from Winnfield, LA High School in 1958. He was a Truck Driver for Chief Freight Lines and attended Grace Community Church in Mabank. Russell was also a Mason. Visitation will be Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 2-4 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, August 6, 2012 at 12:30 pm in Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
