Ruth Mary Cumbey, 81, of Denton, TX passed away on September 1, 2021 in Denton, TX of brain cancer. She was born on May 5, 1950 to Frank Mullins and Louise Mullins in Ashdown, AK. Ruth married David Cumby on June 1, 1963 in Dallas, TX. She retired in 2005 from North America Insurance Company. Ruth was a good worker and was always on time. She was a member of Casa View Baptist Church. She loved shopping and eating out. Ruth was loved by everyone. She was preceded in death by David Cumbey, Jeffrey Cumbey, Frank Mullins, and Louise Mullins. She is survived by sister, Carolyn Armstreet (Larry Armstreet) of New Boston, TX. Loved by nieces Linda Crumby and Donna Hill; and nephew, Stephen Crumby.
