Ruth Mae Ellis' Obituary
ELLIS, RUTH HESLOP went to meet her Lord and Savior Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Mrs. Ellis, born February 2, 1922, was preceded in death by her husband of 58 yrs, Melton G. Ellis, Jr.; her parents, her brother, and her son, Jerry Lynn Ellis. She is survived by son, Dan Ellis and wife, Sharon; daughter, Marilyn Fagan; daughter-in-law, Sally Geyer; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Mrs. Ellis was born in Cold Springs, Missouri but lived most of her life in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. She was a devoted homemaker whose passion was for her family, putting their needs above hers. Services will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 2:30 PM at Restland Memorial Chapel.
