Mrs. Ruth Ofelia Holland's Obituary
Ruth Ofelia Holland was born in Greenville, Texas on March 19, 1920 and passed away on October 04, 2015 in Temple, Texas. She worked for many years in the service industry, most notably at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Dallas and was there when President Kennedy was assassinated. She is survived by her husband, Luther Holland, with whom she was married for almost 30 years of joy and companionship. They lived on their own in their home in Temple, Texas up until her recent illness. Ruth is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Dora Zertuche, grandchildren Tony Zertuche and Denise Webb, and great-grandchildren, Michael, Lizeth, Lily and JD. She also leaves behind a son, Bill Webb and daughter, Pat Webb. Ruth Holland was an angel who walked this earth and blessed our lives. We love you Nauny and will miss you so much. Service will be held at 12:30PM, Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park.
