Ruth Masters' Obituary
Ruth Iva Masters, born February 6, 1935 in Aurora Missouri and died on March 28, 2018 in Rowlett, Texas. Ruth is survived by her husband, Jerry Masters; three daughters, Louise Carter and husband, Eugene, Yvonne Ghan and partner, Jim Wheeler, and Nadene Masters and husband Jason Pineda; one son, Casey Masters; six grandchildren, Jason Carter, Tammy Crow, Sara Money, Randi Doughty, Nathan Cody, and Ciara Wheeler; nine great grandchildren, Kaley Carter, Emma Carter, Preston Crow, Chloe Money, Julisa Montazoma, Emily Money, Avery Doughty, Tatum Doughty, Raelan Cody, and one on the way Mackenna Crow; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Ruth was a resident of Rowlett for 20 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Rowlett. She and Jerry were married for 63 years.The family requests that visiting hours be observed on be on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church Rowlett. Funeral service for Ms. Masters will follow at 1:00 PM.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
