Ruth Oleta Mullins, 98, was born on April 15, 1919 to Estella Parks Rinehart & Walter Rinehart in South Haven, Kansas. She passed away on January 25, 2018 in Frisco, Texas. Ruth will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.She is preceded in death by her husband, Bob Ray Mullins. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Janice Pitts and husband Jim, and Carolyn Roegner and husband Harold; four grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.A graveside service for Ruth will be on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 3:30 PM in the Garden of Memories at Restland Funeral Home.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
