REAGAN, RUTH A. Born September 4, 1926 in Noblesville, IN and passed away January 16, 2014 in Glendale, AZ. Preceded in death by husband, Charles Reagan and daughter, Patti Basey. Ruth is survived by daughters, Judy Edmonson (Forrest), Connie Kalter (Stacy); 5 brothers; and 2 sisters. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held 3:00 PM, Monday, January 27, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel with Rev. Phil and Ron Mercer officiating.
