Ruth Ann Rees' Obituary
Rees, Ruth Ann was born on May 19, 1940 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to Samuel and Jean Rees and passed away on November 29, 2012. Ruth Ann attended schools in PA before moving to Dallas in 1950. She graduated from Crozier Tech in 1958. Ruth Ann began her banking career in 1958 with Republic National Bank and continued with them until she retired as a Vice President in 1999 with Bank of America. Loved and survived by her sister, Diane Rees of Dallas; brother, and sister-in- law, Leonard & Lillian Rees of Dallas; sister-in-law, Carrolyn Rees – widow of brother, Samuel Rees of Seagoville; nieces, Jennifer & Jeff Colton, and their daughters, Elizabeth and Rebekah of Denton; Catherine and Brian Hitch of Dallas; and Heather and Justin Clary and their daughter Samantha of Kemp. Extended family in TX, PA, England and Wales and many friends. Family will receive friends at Restland Funeral Home on December 3, 2012 from 6:00 to 08:00 PM. Services will be at 12:30 PM on December 4, 2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Internment at Restland Garden of Ascension.
