Ruth Green Taylor passed peacefully on April 5, 2019 in Dallas, TX Nettie Ruth was born September 28, 1926 in Kenedy, TX to Edwin H. Green, Sr. and Iva Louise Sims. Moved to Odem, TX at the age of 3. Graduated Odem High and UT Austin. Married William A. Taylor. Worked as a Sales Representative for Baker Furniture for 30 years. Owned and operated Ruth Taylor Estate Sales for 40 years until 2015. Member of Park Cities Baptist Church.Survived by 3 children: Karon Dean, husband Clinton; Craig Taylor, wife Deborah; Dr. Keith Taylor, wife Susie. 7 grandchildren: Stephanie Smith, husband Jeff; Rob Frost-Dean; Keithley Ruth Stanley, husband Christopher; Karly Cummins, husband Matt; Lauren Taylor; Justin Taylor, wife Melissa; Kiel Taylor. 5 great-grandchildren: Taylor & Riley Smith; Price & Harper Stanley; Liam Cummins. Preceded in death by parents, brother Edwin H. Green, Jr., and great-grandson Alex Cummins.The family wishes to thank all her estate sale clients, customers, and staff who supported her through the years.
