TODD, RUTH ANN was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 9, 1924 to Henry and Martha Bickhardt. She passed away in Dallas, Texas on February 14, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, Karl Hesselbacher; and her son, Carl Hesselbacher. Ruth is survived by daughters, Kelly Hesselbacher, Margaret Turner, Susan Bates; sons, Robin Hesselbacher, Scott Hesselbacher, John Hesselbacher, James Hesselbacher; brother, Harry Bickhardt; sisters, Dorothy Byers, Lillian Harris; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 PM on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:30 PM on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
