WELCH, RUTH ANNE DUNLEVY was born on October 19, 1949 in Salem, Illinois and passed away on December 22, 2012 in Plano, Texas. She is preceded in death by parents, Ruth and Lester Dunlevy and sister, Margaret Dunlevy Anderson. She is survived by daughter Kiersten Welch Anderson, her husband John and grandson Watchman of Washington D.C; son Barrett Ashley Welch of San Antonio, TX; brother Frank M. Dunlevy, his wife Susan and niece Gwynie, Paige and nephew Andrew of San Francisco, CA and niece Andrea Dunlevy Williams of Pasadena, CA and sister Ellen Dunlevy Dawson and her husband Tyler of Dallas, TX. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 6-8 PM at Restland Funeral Home, Services will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 3:00 PM in Restland Wildwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The National Psoriasis Foundation, P.O. Box 3469, Portland, OR 97208-3469 or the charity of your choice. Anne was loved by all and touched the lives of everyone she encountered. Her smile and courageous fighting spirit will be greatly missed.
