BAGGARLY, COLLEEN S. Passed away December 7, 2011. Preceded in death by husband, William D. Baggarly; brothers, John Lee Smith, Jr., Joseph Elrod Smith, and Mark Spencer Smith. Survived by step-daughter, Carolyn Baggarly Johnson, Garland; step-mother, Mary Smith, Lubbock; and beloved pet, Mischief. Per Colleen’s request, there will be no services. Please make any memorials to the SPCA of Texas, 362 S. Industrial Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207, or other animal welfare organizations.
