Sally Cobaugh's Obituary
Sally Harper Cobaugh passed away peacefully on February 1, 2026. Sally was born June 7, 1940, in Lincoln, Nebraska to Phillip and Fern Harper. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jack Harper, husband Gene Cobaugh, and former spouse Paschal Flannery. She is survived by sons Brent Flannery and Craig Flannery and their wives Donna and Mary.
Sally attended Hillcrest High school and the University of Texas, then married and became a devoted mother to her two loving sons.
She was admired for her professional creativity and design sense. Working in sales at the Dallas Apparel Mart and attending markets in New York and Miami for Gene. Sales was the beginning of her career and later led to her expertise in trade show exhibition events and marketing business.
Sally cherished the time spent with her family and friends. She had a passion for working in her yard and crafting things for her home. She loved collecting and making Raggedy Anns and had quite the collection. Reading and being part of a book club was a fun time being with friends. Her best times were the wonderful adventures and memories of Marshall, California spending time with family and friends she admired most.
Sally's kindness, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Memorial service will be Friday February 20 at 10:30 AM at Restland Wildwood Chapel located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers the family request donations in memory of Sally to Operation Kindness in Carrollton.
