Sally Ellen Haggard Hansel's Obituary
HANSEL, SALLY ELLEN HAGGARD was born October 26, 1948 to Homer Haggard and Amelia Marcom Haggard. She passed away on May 10, 2014 at the age of 65. Sally was born in Dallas, Texas and spent her life in Frisco, Texas. She graduated from Frisco High School. She married Glen Hansel on June 23, 1967 in Frisco, Texas. She was involved in several watercolor societies and was a homemaker. She will be remembered for her love of art and her passion for watercolor painting. She is preceded in death by her father, Homer Haggard; mother, Amelia Haggard; and sister, Ann Roach. She is survived by her husband, Glen Hansel; two daughters, Jeri Hansel Newman and husband, Dale Newman of Frisco; Emily Hansel Francis and husband, Cheston Francis of Goldthwaite, TX; and four grandchildren: Clint and Connor Newman; Everett and Ashton Francis. Graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park, Ascension Garden.
