Samuel Lawrence Cox's Obituary
Samuel Lawrence Cox, 88, of Dallas, Texas left his earthly home on Friday, June 17th surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Clinton, Tennessee to Jacob Charles and Verna Lewis Cox. After graduation, he joined the Air Force and served for 3 years as a radio operator on a B-52 bomber. He continued his Air Force duties in the reserves until 1961. Samuel had an entrepreneurial spirit, a knack for storytelling, and loved meeting new people. His positive attitude and enthusiasm will be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Judith Conner Cox; daughter, Alysia Cox Lynch and her husband, Joseph Lynch; son, Christopher Alan Cox; grandsons, Ryan Joseph Lynch; Conner Dalton Lynch and his wife Megan Panagopoulos Lynch
Samuel will be laid to rest at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, with military honors, on Wednesday, July 20th 2022 at 11:00 am.
