Samuel H. Malloy's Obituary
Samuel H. Malloy of Dallas, TX passed away on December 25, 2009 after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. With family by his side, he peacefully left his loving family to be in the arms of his LORD. Sam was born in Ferris, TX on February 11, 1930 to Henry D. and Elizabeth (McKnight) Malloy. Cherished husband to Earline for 54 years. Adored father to Cheryl Moore and her husband Will. Much loved grandfather to Christopher Moore, his wife Holly; Tanya Mathis and her husband Loren. He was blessed with four great-granddaughters – Chaney and Kinsley Moore; Makayla and Makenzie Mathis. Sam served in the Army in the Korean War. He graduated from Adamson High School, NTAC (currently known as UT Arlington) and SMU. Sam retired from Southwestern Life Insurance Co. in 1983. Service Tuesday, December 29 at 10:00 am at Restland Funeral Home – Wildwood Chapel, 9220 Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243. We are grateful for the love and memories we shared. Lift up your heart and share with us, God wanted him now, He set him free.
