Mr. Samuel Stephen Mckenney Jr.'s Obituary
MCKENNEY, SAMUEL STEPHEN, JR., died January 24, 2007 in Dallas, TX after a short illness. He was born 20 June 1909 in Rosebud, TX to Rev. Samuel Stephen and Margaret Baird Nelms McKenney. He had numerous jobs but retirement came after 16 years with the City of Dallas as assistant personnel director. Survived by son, Samuel Stephen McKenney III of Dallas; step-daughter, Fay O’Leta Domkowski of Mesquite; brother, William Nelms McKenney of Houston and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside services will be at Restland Memorial Park on Friday, January 26, 2007 at 2:00 PM.
