San Juana Carrizales de Andrade, de 60 años, originaria de Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, México, falleció en Dallas, Texas el 19 de octubre de 2025.
Nació en La Moreña Mier y Noriega, Nuevo León, México en 1965, hija de Isidoro Carrizales y Roberta Zavala. San Juana se graduó de la escuela secundaria en junio de 1982 y obtuvo su título en Educación Preescolar en agosto de 1986. Fue maestra en México antes de emigrar a Texas en 1991, donde conoció a su futuro esposo, Marcelino Andrade.
La mayor alegría de San Juana era su familia. Le sobreviven su esposo, Marcelino Andrade, y sus cuatro hijos: Marcelino Andrade Jr., Marcela Olivas Andrade, April Andrade y Robert Andrade. Su legado continúa a través de sus queridos nietos: Damián Andrade, Génesis Olivas Andrade, Sebastián Saldana, Catalina Olivas Andrade, Rosalía Olivas Andrade y Celeste Saldana. También deja atrás a sus apreciados hermanos: Julio, Artemio, Enaú, Dora e Isidoro Carrizales Zavala.
Su vida fue un testimonio de fortaleza, compasión y gracia. San Juana tocó los corazones de todos los que conoció, y su memoria vivirá en las historias compartidas, en las tradiciones mantenidas y en el amor que sigue creciendo dentro de su familia.

She was born in La Moreña Mier y Noriega, Nuevo León, Mexico in 1965 to parents Isidoro Carrizales and Roberta Zavala. San Juana graduated from high school in June 1982 and received her degree in Preschool Education in August 1986. She was a teacher in Mexico before she immigrated to Texas in 1991 where she met her future husband, Marcelino Andrade.
San Juana’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her husband, Marcelino Andrade, and their four children: Marcelino Andrade Jr., Marcela Olivas Andrade, April Andrade, and Robert Andrade. Her legacy continues through her beloved grandchildren: Damian Andrade, Genesis Olivas Andrade, Sebastian Saldana, Catalina Olivas Andrade, Rosalia Olivas Andrade, and Celeste Saldana. She also leaves behind her cherished siblings: Julio, Artemio, Enaú, Dora, and Isidoro Carrizales Zavala.
Her life was a testament to strength, compassion, and grace. San Juana touched the hearts of everyone she met, and her memory will live on in the stories shared, the traditions upheld, and the love that continues to grow within her family.
Though she has departed this world, her spirit remains—gentle, guiding, and forever present in the lives of those who loved her.
Visitation will be held at Restland Wildwood Chapel on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 5:30pm – 8:00pm, with a Rosary starting at 6:00pm.
Funeral Service will be held at Restland Wildwood Chapel on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 2:00pm for the final viewing, followed by the burial at 3:00pm.
