Sandra H. Kroder's Obituary
Kroder, Sandra Haverfield ~ Went to her Forever Home on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 surrounded by her family following a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her beloved husband of fifty-one years, Dr. Stanley L. Kroder of Plano, Texas, daughter, Joanne K. Win-land of Newark, Ohio, son and daughter-in law, Stan and Karen Kroder of Hartsdale, New York, daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Brian Steed of Murphy, Texas, daughter, Kimberly Adams of Wylie, Texas, sister and brother-in-law, Marcia and Alan Ross, and the lights of her life grandchildren, Liza and Casie Winland, Hayden and Lily Steed, Ashton, Dylan and Payton Adams, and nieces Leslie Taylor and Sally Overbey. She was preceded in death by her parents, D. Rusk and Ruth Haverfield, mother and father-in-law, Gertrude and Edgar Kroder and youngest grandaughter, Carson Haverfield Adams. A memorial service will be held at Restland’s Memorial Chap-el, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 10 am. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sandy’s name to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 560089, Dallas Texas 75356 or on-line at www.cancer.org.
