Sanford Billy Case (Bill), 90, of Carrollton, TX passed away April 3, 2020 after a brief illness. He was born August 29, 1929 to parents William and Ruby Case in Healdton, OK. He graduated from Ardmore High School and Oklahoma City University. He was a proud member of the U.S. Navy Reserve from 1949 to 1957. He married Alice, his wife of 62 years in May of 1957. Soon thereafter, they moved to Carrollton, TX area where he worked as a Gas Accountant and Facility Planner for Mobil Corporation, retiring in 1991.
Bill was an avid fisherman and photographer. He and Alice traveled extensively both internationally and domestically. They developed many close and lasting friendships with their camping buddies. Bill was also active with the Texas Baptist Men and his church, Parkway Hills Baptist Church.
Bill is survived by his wife Alice Case, his daughter Eli (Jimmy) Griffin, and his son Sanford (Debbie) Case. He is also survived by four grandchildren; Alan (Kamiey) Griffin, Craig (Tara) Griffin, Peter Case, and Paige Case. He is survived by seven great-grandchildren; Lucas Case, Aubrey Griffin, Amelia Griffin, Aaron Griffin, and Cade, Ramey and Eli Rodriguez.
Given the current restrictions in place due to the COVID-19 virus, no funeral service is planned at this time.
