Sarah Marie Fields, 73, passed away on October 1, 2024, in Plano, Texas. Born on May 11, 1951, Sarah was known for her kindness and reserved nature, with a profound love for Elvis Presley's music.
Sarah is survived by her daughter, Emma Fields; sisters, Martha Hall and Bettie Hall; brother, Ronnie Prather; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Fields; her father, James Prather; her mother, Willie Faye Prather; her brother, Kenneth Prather; and sisters, Dorothy Straub and Cora Jones.
Sarah cherished her time playing bingo, working on crossword puzzles, and listening to her favorite Elvis tunes. Her gentle spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
At this time, there will be no memorial service. Sarah's life and legacy will continue to be celebrated by her family and friends in private remembrance.
