Sarah Ann Nelson was born on June 24, 1927 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on April 13, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by her husband, Doyle F. Gatlin; husband, Robert A. Nelson; sons, David E. Gatlin, Larry F. Gatlin; and grandson, Derek A. Gatlin. She is survived by daughter, Pamela A. Norwood and Joe E. Norwood; sons, Billy D. Gatlin, Mark Nelson, and Paul Nelson and wife Doris; granddaughters, Rebecca A. Peterson and husband Richard, Sarah M. Twomey and husband Scott, Meaghan L. Norwood, Aimee J. Norwood; grandsons, Garrett Gatlin and wife Amanda, Jeffery Gatlin, Lewis Sironen and wife Angel, and Grant Nelson, and 9 great grandchildren. Mom enjoyed needle crafts, soap operas, and her grand kids. She will be missed by many that loved and knew her. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 17, 2016 from 6- 8 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 1 PM at Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park. 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
