Sarkis Mikhael Ohanian was born in Lebanon on May 6, 1926 and passed away in Dallas, Texas on February 21, 2016. Sarkis is survived by his wife: Verjin Ohanian, daughter: Sylva Simonia and husband Sam, sons: Raffi Ohanian and wife Zepur, Baghdig Ohanian and wife Yeran, and Garo Ohanian and wife Suzy, 10 grandchildren, and brother: Johannes Ohanian and wife Ingrid. Service will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 2:30 PM at The Memorial Chapel and Restland Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Sarkis Armenian Church, 1805 Random Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243
