SCALES-VICKERS, SCARLETT GRACE born February 12, 2013 in Dallas, TX and passed away February 12, 2013. She is survived by her parents, Javae Vickers and Ikea Scales; grandmother, Davina Linguist. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, February 18, 2013 at Restland Abbey Chapel with visitation from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, prior to the service in the chapel.
