Scott Richard Ballagh born October 23, 1964 in Marrietta, Ohio passed away February 2, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Park. Scott is survived by his soulmate and bestfriend, Jowanna Monroe; his children, Clint and Charles Ballagh, Stephanie, Mitchell and Anna Howell, his loving siblings, Kent and Elaine Gadell and Annie and Paul Patel; his dear friends, Carrol, Mildred and Loraine Collier. He loved his family and was a proud Christian man. He loved animals and all of his dear friends. Scott Ballagh always had a smile on his face. The service for Scott Ballagh will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 3:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
