Scott Allen Parks' Obituary
Scott Allen Parks passed away peacefully on November 7, 2023, at the age of 65 and 70 days. Scott was born to Kenneth Ray and Patricia Jo Parks in Oklahoma City on August 29, 1958. Scott's family relocated to Irving where he was raised by his mother and stepfather, Calvin Ray Palmer.
Scott attended and graduated from Irving High School in 1976. He worked for several car dealerships including Toyota of Irving, Bledsoe Dodge, Toyota of Richardson, Westway Ford and Redbird Toyota. He "Lead the Board" in sales with consistency and was often top salesman at all of these dealerships. He worked as a successful car salesman most of his life.
Scott was an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast. He was wowed by his father's boat racing and loved to be in the pit to help.
Scott was a kind and sweet person through and through from the day he was born. He was always so willing to help anyone at the drop of a hat and looked out for his neighbors or anyone in need. He loved being o service and most of all he loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Clarence Parks (Audra), CH Kelley (Glenalie-Scottie), Richard Conine Sr. (Lue), Uncle C E Parks, Mother, Patricia Jo Palmer and Niece, Jillian Cantrell.
He is survived by his Father, Kenneth Parks; Stepmother, Dena Bagwell; Stepfather, Calvin Ray Palmer (Gail); Brother, Richard Palmer (Camille); Sisters, Peggy Parks Kahre (Robert), Mary Clements (George Kirby), Carolyn Stroud (Danny Joe), Jenifer Cantrell and Julie Palmer; Uncles, Joe Kelley (Debbie) and Richard Conine III (Victoria); Aunt, Terry Collier (Steve) and many nieces, nephews, family and friends who all loved him dearly.
