Sebastian Michael Posey, of Dallas, Texas, was born on September 23, 2001, in Dallas to parents Michelle Posey Baxter and Jack Dandridge. He passed away on September 10, 2025.
Sebastian is preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Betty M. Posey and Lavada Deem. And his Cherished Loved one, Sara Surles.
He is survived by his loving mother, Michelle Posey Baxter, and father, Jack Dandridge; grandparents Kevin and Josephine Deem, and Bruce Posey Jr.; uncles Michael Posey and Christopher Deem; aunts Amanda Posey and Stacie Deem; and cousins Autumn and Alex Posey, and Piper and Gabriel Deem.
Sebastian will be remembered for his kind spirit and the joy he found in simple pleasures. He loved spending time gaming online, getting coffee, and taking walks around the lake. He enjoyed spending time outdoors doing activities and he was a true admirer of sunsets. A graduate of Bishop Lynch High School, Class of 2020, Sebastian also had a passion for building computers and exploring new technology.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Sebastian’s life during a viewing on Thursday, September 18, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. A funeral service will be held the following morning, Friday, September 19, at 10:30 a.m. at Restland Funeral Home, followed by a luncheon at 12:00 p.m. at KC Club, 10110 Shoreview, Dallas, TX 75238.
