Seung Hyun Chang, 83, passed away May 20, 2020 in Lewisville, TX. He was born August 16, 1936 to parents Sung Chang and Kum Chang in South Korea.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 4:00 PM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. A Service will be Monday, May 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
