Sharon White's Obituary
Sharon White was born July 7, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was the fourth of five children born to Alice Marie and James Midguel White. She lived in Fort Worth in her childhood, then moved with her family to Garland when she was in fifth grade. She graduated from Garland High School, then held various jobs involving data entry for communication companies. She retired from Lucent Technologies in the late 1990’s, then moved to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, until 2024, when she moved to North Richland Hills, Texas. She later moved to Arlington, Texas.
Sharon never married, but she stayed busy with her family and her work, including various jobs in and around Hot Springs, Arkansas, after she moved to Hot Springs Village. She had a wonderful sense of humor, which her family loved, and which she retained until her last days.
Sharon was predeceased by her parents: her siblings, Annabelle Mercer and her husband, David; Ivan M. White and his wife, Jo Ann; Janis McNiel and her husband, Norman; and Dennis White; and her nieces Roxann Cox and Kathleen Johnson, and nephew Michael Mercer. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Judy White, and her nieces and nephews, Kristeen Nations and her husband, Jerry; Rebecca Roberts and her husband, Mike; niece-in-law Kim Mercer; Jim Mercer; Dennis White and his wife, Melanie; Derrick White and his wife, Dawn; Devin White and his wife, Kim; Norma Burks; and Lynne Candler and her husband, George.
