Shashi Bala Kumar, devoted wife and loving mother, was born in Phagwara, India on August 6, 1949, and passed away on April 27, 2017, in Plano, Texas. She is survived by her beloved husband Arvind, daughter Rita, other family members and many friends. Prayer service for Shashi will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at noon in Restland Memorial Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
