Lillian Reyna
Lillian Reyna, Sheila, It was my pleasure to work with Sheila, 17 years. One of my first memories of Sheila, was that she was so helpful in my learning my routine of processing the days deposit from the Catholic Community Appeal office to the Business Office. I knew if l forgot something, Sheila would not hesitate one minute to correct me. She was so right on. She was a blessing, she was always so nice and always made me feel confident about learning the procedures. I always told her how good she was in her work, and how much l appreciateed her comments and guidence. Needless to say she became one of my dearest friends. I thought the world of her and l still do. She was my mentor and one of the best friends l have ever had. The Diocese was so fortunate to have her for 38 years. For more than half her lifetime she served the people of the Diocese and loved every minute. The Diocese will never be the same with her gone. There will NEVER be anyone more dedicated to the service of the Lord or his people. I love you Sheila, thank you for who you were on earth, and thank you for your friendship. My life is so much better because of you. Pray for me and we will see each other again someday. Give my love to Marylou, Jane and Fr. Duffy.
