Sheron Turbiville's Obituary
Sheron K. Turbiville, 71, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 21, 1947 in Knoxville,TN. to J.D. and Bobbie Swaggerty. The family moved to Wilmer, TX when Sheron was a child. She graduated from Wilmer-Hutchins High School in 1965 and obtained her Legal Assistants Certification from SMU in 1981. She met her husband of 35 years, Richard Turbiville, while working at Passman & Jones law firm. Sheron enjoyed boating with friends and family on Lake Texoma for many years and volunteer work for child advocacy. Her children and grandchildren were the highlight of her life. Sheron is survived by her loving husband, Richard, her sons, Todd Kurlander and wife Jennifer, Corey Kurlander and wife Renee, six grandchildren, Theo, Brooklynn, Graysen, Jake, Anisten and Kamden, brother-in-law, Tom Turbiville and wife Judy and nephews, Charles and Patrick. She was predeceased by her parents, J.D. and Bobbie Swaggerty.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home. The Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 2:30 pm in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75243. Reception immediately following at Restland Reception Hall 9220 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75243.
