Sherri Fugett's Obituary
Sherri Fugett, born December 3, 1964, daughter of Kathlene Kassel and Clinton James George, passed away unexpectedly May 27, 2016 at the early age of 51 at her home in Wylie, Tx. She grew up in Heath, Tx. and attended Rockwall High School. She worked as a Project Manager for UPG. Sherri’s greatest joys in life were her children, husband, family, friends and her beloved dogs. She married the love of her life Chris Fugett, August 18, 2007. Sherri had many passions in life, but her biggest were animals and animal rescues. She was preceded in death by grandfather Norman Chase, grandparents Clinton C. and Mary Lee George, uncle Michael George and uncle Gene Culver, and aunt Betty Wragg. She is survived by husband Chris Fugett, mother Kathlene Kassel, father Clinton James George, mother and father-in-law Judy and Mike Fugett, grandmother Lina Chase, aunt Joanne Culver, daughter Brittany and husband Josh Peterson, son Brett Hobbs and fiance Lanie Lopez, sisters Kim and husband Richard Churchwell, Charlotte George-Davis, Tricia George-Malone, Kristi Brannam, brother Russell Monk, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many beloved friends. Services will be held Saturday June 4th at 10:00 am at Restland Funeral Home (Main Chapel) located at 13005 Greenville Avenue Dallas, TX 75243. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any animal rescue facility of your choice. (SPCA, ASPCA, DFW Rescue, etc.)
