Shirley Mae McKenney Baker was born to Ruth Moran on May 10, 1937 in Dover, New Hampshire. She passed away at her home in Dallas on August 28, 2023 at the age of 86.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Edward Baker, Jr (2022). She is survived by her daughter, Kim Baker; son, James Baker III and wife, Mary; her grandchildren, and one younger sister.
