Shirley Margarette Fontenot Fahrlander's Obituary
Shirley Margarette Fontenot Fahrlander, 84, passed away November 18, 2020 in Richardson, TX. She was born August 7, 1936 to Robert Lester Fontenot and Vivian Mendoza Fontenot in Opelousas, Louisiana. She married Henry W. Fahrlander on July 15, 1954 in Jeanerette, Louisiana. She was a Child Nutrition Worker for Richardson Independent School District for 20 years.
She is survived by daughter Pauline A. Fahrlander, Richardson, TX., son Henry W. Fahrlander III, Garland, TX., sister Florence Gail Fontenot Joubert, Harvey, Louisiana, brothers Danny Lee Fontenot, Houston, TX., Francis Ray Fontenot, Lafayette, LA., and 1 grandchild.
She was preceded in death by brothers Robert L. Fontenot Jr. and Eugene Fontenot.
Service will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 30, 2020 in Restland Wildwood Chapel. Visitation Sunday, November 29, 2020 from 3:30-5:30 at Restland Funeral Home.
