Shirley Joe Hahn's Obituary
Born November 28, 1936 in Midland, Texas passed peacefully to her heavenly home on December 25, 2015 after a long battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Roger Hahn and daughters Gaye Hahn Bynum with her husband Pete Bynum and Brenda Hahn Henderson with Marc Goebel, granddaughter Brooke Henderson and great-granddaughter Kenley Marie along with many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bessie and David Morren, her brother Martin Morren and her sister Lucille Morren Pratt. Shirley, or MiMi as she was affectionately named when becoming a grandmother, loved life and brought joy to everyone she met. Shirley retired from her Accounting and Cash Room Manager position with the Dallas Cowboys in 1991. Whether on the dance floor, hosting fabulous gatherings at her home, or creating beauty in her garden she always had a smile and encouraging words for all. Her generosity, cheerfulness and enthusiasm will live on in the hearts for all that knew her. We will celebrate her life with Visitation at Restland Dallas on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00pm followed by a Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 3:00pm at Restland Wildwood Chapel Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
