She was born on Friday, November 9, 1934, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Oscar Talley and Mae Turner in Electra, Texas. Shirley will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 1:00 p.m to 1:45 p.m at Restland Cemetery.
